About you:

  • Proven experience in employee resourcing within a Human Resources environment
  • Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Holds or is working towards CIPD membership or equivalent HR qualification
  • Full driver's licence or access to reliable transport

What you'll do:

  • Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding
  • Advise managers on recruitment best practice and legislative compliance
  • Develop and review recruitment documentation and processes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with candidates, panel members, and internal stakeholders throughout recruitment activities
  • Manage pre-employment checks, including references, medicals, and criminal record checks
  • Prepare regular reports and management information on resourcing activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project work within HR
  • Support other HR colleagues and cover as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
