About you:
- Proven experience in employee resourcing within a Human Resources environment
- Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Holds or is working towards CIPD membership or equivalent HR qualification
- Full driver's licence or access to reliable transport
What you'll do:
- Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding
- Advise managers on recruitment best practice and legislative compliance
- Develop and review recruitment documentation and processes to ensure continuous improvement
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with candidates, panel members, and internal stakeholders throughout recruitment activities
- Manage pre-employment checks, including references, medicals, and criminal record checks
- Prepare regular reports and management information on resourcing activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project work within HR
- Support other HR colleagues and cover as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
