About the organisation
VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a hugely successful software business based in Greater Belfast, in their recruitment of an Interim Financial Controller.
The Interim Financial Controller will manage a small finance team, while assuming responsibility for the full financial management of a complex, international organisation. This is an urgent posting for the business and will require a candidate with extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within a business with multiple entities.

About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE with proven demonstrable experience
- Strong work ethic and comfortable in a deadline driven environment
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a group setting
- Excellent management skills with an ability to influence others
- Available at short notice
What you'll do
- Leadership and development of local finance team
- Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual closings, budgets & forecasts
- Monitoring of cashflow & investment plans
- Continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls
