VANRATH are working with a successful business in North Down in their recruitment of an Interim Financial Controller for a period of up to 6 months. The Interim Financial Controller will be reporting to the Managing Director and will assume responsibility for management of the finance team. The Interim Financial Controller will play a leading role in the year end audit, working closely with the external auditors.
If you are a senior finance professional with experience of leading a small finance team, this could be the ideal role for you.

About you
- Qualified Accountant with experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong management skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Available immediately
What you'll do
- Daily oversight of finance team
- Month end reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Lead year-end audit
- Cashflow forecasting and reporting to senior management
- Board reporting
