VANRATH are pleased to be working with a dynamic group of businesses, with multiple sites across Northern Ireland require the support of an Interim Finance Director to join their team for a period of 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation within the market, who have gone through a significant period of transition.

The Interim Finance Director will be working closely with the Senior Management team, ensuring robust financial controls & processes are in place, to assist the business in continuing their impressive expansion. This will suit an individual who is adept with being hands-on with the monthly management accounts cycle and having a eye for detail with an ability to identify efficiency's.

About you

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 6+ years post qualification experience
• Successfully leading, developing, and supporting people
• Proven experience of leading a finance function, ideally with the evidence of implementing change
• Strong communicator, with a hands-on approach and a flexibility to work

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the finance team, providing strategic direction and support
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Implement financial strategies
• Streamline cash flow management
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations
