The Role
This role will offer support to multiple practices, but mainly the Intellectual Property team across multiple sites around the world. This role offers a varied day to day working life, as the successful candidate will work on bespoke projects. It is vital the successful candidate is a seasoned legal professional able to offer pragmatic legal advice to tight deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor, at least 3+ years PQE having previously specialised in commercial contracts. Moreover, it is vital the successful candidate has strong experience with software licencing and technology agreements. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor, 3 years+ PQE
  • Experience in a broad range of commercial contracts, including: supply agreements, manufacturing agreements; advising on advertising and marketing queries; due diligence projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sound commercial awareness
  • Ability to review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence
  • Strong attention to detail - get it right first time
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research tools
  • Excellent writing and organisation skills - used to balancing work priorities and managing deadlines
  • Good decision-making and communication skills
