Essential

  • Proven success in software/ technology Inside Sales
  • Experience of selling b-2-b
  • A good understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong phone presence
  • Experience of using LinkedIn for lead generation and pipeline generation
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong MS Office skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point)

The Role

  • Monitoring of core network systems in the Network Operations Centre
  • Datacentre visits for hardware and software maintenance/installation including patching, cabling and patch management
  • Handling service requests from customers over the phone, via email and the service desk portal in accordance with service level agreements
  • Assisting with systems provisioning (with customer site visits for installation tasks)
  • Administration of firewalls and switches
  • LAN Managed Service Infrastructure
  • Daily management, monitoring, patching, and performing daily checks.
  • Assist with the installation and support of network equipment at customer's premises to ensure effective service within agreed time scales and to the standards required by the company inclusive of documentation.
  • Logging and reporting of all 1st and 2nd level technical support calls.
  • General: Continuous development of systems
  • Logging maintenance tickets for customer circuits
