About the Role


We are seeking an Immigration Solicitor to manage a varied caseload, provide high-quality advice, and represent clients in complex matters. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across practice areas, support junior team members, and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle your own immigration caseload, including applications, appeals, and litigation
  • Prepare for hearings and represent clients in courts and tribunals
  • Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties
  • Conduct legal research to support strategic advice
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment

  • Qualified Solicitor
