Overview
VANRATH now stands as the first-tier supplier to a range of Top 100 Northern Ireland organisations, SMEs, Public Sector organisations, Health and Social Care Trusts and NFP Organisations. These organisations often seek an ICT Support Officer on a long term temporary contract, with the ambition to make it a permanent position.
As an ICT Support Officer, you will provide general IT Support to the organisation's end users and assist with maintenance and upgrades of their IT Infrastructure, as well as deployment and installation of new software and hardware.
The role as an ICT Support Officer is typically a Mon-Fri/9-5 but sometimes would require shift work (depending on demand). The role may also be split between remote and onsite support, and therefore may require travel to various sites.
