VANRATH are partnering with a leading manufacturer, as they seek to appoint a HR Business Partner, located in the Mid East and Antrim area.

Working closely with the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will support a consistent and transparent adoption of people policies and practices across the business.

They will have responsibility for promoting HR policies and systems as part of the Company's People Strategy for talent attraction, development, and retention.

The Person

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD qualification.
  • A Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
  • L&D experience
  • Experience within Manufacturing would be considered advantageous.
