You will be responsible for:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Employee Relations Support
  • Leaver Process Management
  • Maintaining HR Records on the HRIS
  • Performance Appraisals
  • Providing HR Advice to site managers
  • Policy Development
  • Recruitment Management
  • Training & Development


About you:

  • CIPD Level 5 / HR Degree
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in a HR role
  • Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters.
  • Beneficial to have ROI legislation but not compulsory.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
