VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's leading FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) organisations, with the appointment of a permanent HR Officer role based in their Northern HQ located in the Duncrue area of Belfast.

The Role
Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to;
* Training and development
* Policy review and development
* HR support, advice and guidance
* Supporting Disciplinaries and grievances
* General HR admin and project support
* Employee engagement
* Performance management
* Recruitment and selection Experience,

The Person
* Membership of CIPD
* Full driving license with access to own car
* 3 years' experience working in a HR generalist role, to include responsibility for the following processes:

  1. Recruitment & Selection
  2. Training & Development
  3. Discipline & Grievance
  4. Payroll management
  5. Advising on employment law matters
  6. Experience of using HR information system

* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
* Ability to manage time/workload effectively
* Excellent communication skills Desirable Criteria
* Post graduate qualification in HR
* HR Experience gained within a multisite environment
* Experience of dealing with Trade Unions (Desirable)
