Role: Senior HR Officer - Permanent - North Belfast

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to provide HR support across the organisation, ensuring high-quality service delivery and completion of tasks within agreed targets.

What you'll do:
- Handle low-level employee relations and absence cases, providing HR coaching and support to managers.
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries, offering advice on policies and procedures.
- Compile, summarise and report confidential HR information.
- Provide full HR administration including payroll, benefits and contracts.
- Take notes and organise senior management and HR meetings.
- Manage recruitment processes from shortlisting to issuing offers.
- Maintain HR systems, databases and produce management reports.
- Support HR projects, policy compliance, continuous improvement and community outreach.
What you'll need:
- Relevant third-level and/or CIPD qualification, with minimum three years' generalist HR experience.
- Proven background in employee relations, absence management and coaching support to managers and staff.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Results-driven, adaptable team player with strong planning, analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficient IT user with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
