Duration: Full Time / Permanent / Hybrid

are delighted to be working with our client in the Manufacturing sector as they search for a HR Officer to join their growing HR function.

You will provide a broad range of support and guidance to external stakeholders across the business. In this role, you will be the POC for enquiries in the areas of employee development, employee engagement, grievances and disciplinaries, recruitment & staff retention.

About You

  • CIPD qualified
  • 2+ years generalist experience in HR Officer Role
  • HR Generalist experience within a multi-site organisation
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law in (NI + ROI)
  • Industry HR experience (Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, FMCG etc)
  • Driving license + access to car due to travel across multi-site
