HR Officer - Cookstown (35k)

VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a leading industrial client based in Cookstown, as they seek to appoint a HR Officer to their expanding team.


What you'll be doing:

  • Assist line managers in organising and managing team training, including training records maintenance.
  • Coordinate quarterly Communication Forum meetings.
  • Generate monthly HR KPI reports and maintain accurate records on the HRIS.
  • Monitor and organise recruitment campaigns for all business areas across NI/ROI.
  • Manage the 360-onboarding process for new starts; induction, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Provide professional HR advice and support to line managers on people management.



The Person

  • CIPD Level 5 OR Degree in HRM
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a dedicated generalist HR role at HR Officer level or above.
  • Full valid driving license
