You will be responsible for:
- Assist on Employee Relations cases, including Disciplinary and Grievance processes.
- Absence management
- Co-ordinate the Recruitment and Selection process; including scheduling of interviews, preparing interview matrix, assisting on the interview panel.
- Ensure HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
- Improving employee relations practices
- Point of contact for HR queries
About You
- CIPD Level 3 or HR Degree
- Career-driven
