Job Title: HR Manager

Job Overview:
VANRATH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and regulatory compliance within the organisation. This role involves ensuring legal adherence, managing employee relations, and maintaining a high standard of workplace integrity, especially in relation to overseas workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international labor laws.
  • Oversee the onboarding, and ongoing management of overseas workers, ensuring adherence to all compliance and immigration regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues promptly and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and security in accordance with relevant laws.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR and compliance processes to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on employment rights, regulations, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and industry standards affecting overseas workers and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably with a focus on compliance and international staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, immigration policies, and employee rights related to overseas workers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and relevant compliance software.
