Job Title: HR Manager

Job Overview:
VANRATH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and regulatory compliance within the organisation. This role involves ensuring legal adherence, managing employee relations, and maintaining a high standard of workplace integrity, especially in relation to overseas workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international labor laws.
Oversee the onboarding, and ongoing management of overseas workers, ensuring adherence to all compliance and immigration regulations.
Manage employee relations, addressing issues promptly and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and security in accordance with relevant laws.
Collaborate with internal departments to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
Conduct regular audits of HR and compliance processes to identify and mitigate risks.
Provide guidance and support to management and staff on employment rights, regulations, and best practices.
Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and industry standards affecting overseas workers and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR management, preferably with a focus on compliance and international staffing.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, immigration policies, and employee rights related to overseas workers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and relevant compliance software.
