VANRATH is proud to be partnering with a global financial services organisation, presently seeking to appoint a HR Manager.
As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and supporting the organisation's growth.
This is a broad generalist role where you will be responsible for delivering a proactive and commercially aligned HR service across the full employee life cycle.
The Person
- Lead on all HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support and coach managers on performance, employee relations, and development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory and business needs.
- Oversee payroll processes in conjunction with finance.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Lead on wellbeing, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law.
The Person
- Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum).
- Strong knowledge of UK and NI employment law and HR best practice.
The Package
- Salary up to £55k.
