VANRATH is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global software company located in central Belfast, wishing to appoint a HR Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the HR function of the business, with focus on attraction, retention and development of high-quality people. The role will cover the entire HR cycle from attracting the right candidates, recruitment, induction, training, staff development and other associated HR duties
This is a senior role within the organisation, reporting in an SMT function and directly to the MD.

The Person
Essential
- Degree level educated
- CIPD qualification
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience working in a HRBP / HRM level role, ideally within the technology or related sector
- Unionised experience
