HR Generalist (Financial Services)

VANRATH is partnering with an award-winning financial services organisation, with offices throughout the UK and Ireland, with the appointment of a HR Generalist role.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring all operational HR processes are documented, implemented, and executed to provide a high-quality experience for stakeholders and for supporting the HR team in delivering our operational plans.

You will review and implement process improvements, manage internal and external stakeholders, be comfortable with data management and analysis.

You may be required to provide advice to managers on standard HR procedures.

You will be supported by an HR Assistant and will take ownership of and resolve complex issues that are escalated to you.

You will peer review analysis and documentation produced by colleagues and be responsible for quality control of all documentation issued by HR.

The Person

  • You will have previous experience in delivering HR processes and administration within an environment that requires high standards at a fast pace, ideally within a Professional Services organisation.
  • You will be organised and have high attention detail with the necessary flexibility to respond to a variety of demands in a dynamic business environment.
  • You will be team player with strong stakeholder management skills that allow you to build collaborative working relationships across the business, communicating and positively influencing within the HR team and beyond it to deliver the agreed priorities.
  • CIPD Qualified
  • 3-5 years exp operating as a HR Generalist
