Title: HR Generalist

VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with our industrial client based in Enniskillen seeking to appoint a HR Generalist to their growing HR function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to contribute to employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies in line with legislation and business needs
  • Ensuring accurate and compliant HR records
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees
  • Preparing reports and analysing HR data
  • Supporting employee relations matters, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinary issues


A key aspect of the role will be implementing the People Plan, delivering training initiatives, supporting apprentices and graduates and ensuring employees receive the necessary training for their roles.


Essential Criteria:

  • 2 years generalist HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Practical experience in disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • A third-level qualification in a relevant field
  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, professional, and confidential approach
