Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Magherafelt
Duration: Full Time / Permanent / On-Site
Salary: 30-35k

VANRATH are delighted to be working with our client based in Magherafelt as they search for a HR Officer to join their growing HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training, inductions, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Administer payroll, manage employee records, ensure GDPR compliance, and support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Collate HR reports, analyse trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, manage on-boarding/off-boarding, and promote a positive employee experience.
  • Provide advice on HR policies, support performance management cycles, and ensure compliance with employment legislation, including annual monitoring and GDPR.


Essential Criteria:

  • CIPD or HR qualification
  • 2+ years generalist HR experience


Desirable:

  • HR background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, FMCG or industrial environment.
