VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a well-established FMCG company based in Monaghan as they seek to appoint a HR Generalist to join their HR function.

You will provide HR Generalist support to the business with a varied remit to include recruitment, attendance management, performance management, employee welfare, engagement and employee relations.


What you'll do:

  • Culture & Values - Promote, develop and implement employee engagement initiatives including driving the employee forum.
  • Employee Record Maintenance - Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, letters, and KPI reports.
  • ER Management - Support managers in the areas of performance management, absence management, and with the investigation, discipline, grievance processes.
  • Employee Onboarding - Support with onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, participating in induction training, and follow up with employees.
  • HR Policies & Guidance - Provide advice, support and guidance on processes, policies and procedures as well as complex ER cases.
  • Recruitment & Selection - Assisting managers with job descriptions, writing adverts, posting on job boards, liaising with agencies and interviewing.


About you:

  • CIPD Level 5 / HR Degree
  • 2+ years HR Generalist experience in a Manufacturing or fast paced environment
  • Extensive ER exposure including investigations & disciplinaries
