Role Overview:

Process Improvement Consulting:
Offer advice and hands-on support to clients in enhancing organisational processes.

Recruitment and Selection Expertise:
Provide guidance and support on all aspects of recruitment and selection tailored to client needs.

Relationship Building and Advisory Role:
Cultivate enduring relationships, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them through various challenges and organisational changes.

Business Development:
Engage in business development activities, including networking and participation in commercial endeavours.

Conflict Resolution Coaching:
Coach clients in effectively managing grievance, disciplinary, and performance issues.

Policy and Process Design:
Develop and implement up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and processes, serving as foundations for best practices in people management at client workplaces.

On-site HR Support:
Provide on-site assistance to clients across a spectrum of HR functions, encompassing disciplinary actions, grievances, and other employee-related matters.

Strategic HR Consulting:
Apply strategic thinking to client organisations, facilitating the evolution of their HR functions.
Support the establishment of best practices, the development of successful leaders, and the enhancement of Employee Value Propositions.

Person Specification:

  • Associate member of CIPD.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience as a HR generalist, with strong technical HR knowledge and evidence of delivering HR projects and on-the-ground support.
  • In-depth knowledge of ROI and GB employment law.
  • Track record of managing Employee Relations cases
