HR Business Support Officer - £26,000 p/a

Full-time post (36hrs) - Temporary



The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C or equivalent including English Language and Maths.


AND

  • CIPD L5 and 2 years' work experience (within the last 5 years) in a generalist HR role


OR

  • CIPD L3 and 3 years' work experience (within the last 5 years) in a generalist HR role



Additional skills

  • Must be proficient in the use of IT, experience of using MS Teams
  • Data analysis
  • Communication

The role:

  • providing advice and support to line managers across an organisation to include:
    • Management of recruitment processes
    • Assisting with employee relations investigations
    • Advising on employee welfare
    • Collation of and reporting on HR data
    • Working as part of a team
    • Planning & Prioritising
    • Use of ICT and digital information systems
    • Problem solving
    • Interpersonal effectiveness
