HR Business Support Officer - £26,000 p/a
Full-time post (36hrs) - Temporary
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C or equivalent including English Language and Maths.
AND
- CIPD L5 and 2 years' work experience (within the last 5 years) in a generalist HR role
OR
- CIPD L3 and 3 years' work experience (within the last 5 years) in a generalist HR role
Additional skills
- Must be proficient in the use of IT, experience of using MS Teams
- Data analysis

The role:
- providing advice and support to line managers across an organisation to include:
- Management of recruitment processes
- Assisting with employee relations investigations
- Advising on employee welfare
- Collation of and reporting on HR data
- Working as part of a team
- Planning & Prioritising
- Use of ICT and digital information systems
- Problem solving
- Interpersonal effectiveness
