VANRATH are exclusively partnering with a multi award winning business located in Newtownabbey, presently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their expanding HR team.

You will assume operational ownership of the HR function, with guidance and support from the Head of HR.

A really exciting time to join a newly formed HR function, with strong mentor-ship and guidance, career development and progression and direct line management of two new additions to the growing people function await.

About you

You will be an exp HR generalist, operating as at Advisor, Officer, or Business Partner level.

  • Strong understanding of NI employment law
  • Minimum level of CIPD level 5 or working towards CIPD level 5
