VANRATH is partnering with a global manufacturer located in County Armagh, for the appointment of a HR Business Partner, on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role

The HRBP is responsible for implementing effective and consistent delivery of Human Resources programs and services to their organisational partners. This position provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and management, compensation/benefits, etc.

The position will initiate and grow strategic relationships with functional/operational leaders through coaching, consultation, influence and problem solving to successfully execute organisational goals.

The Person

  • 3rd Level Qualification in HR or a relevant subject
  • CIPD Qualified level 5
  • At least 3 year's working at a similar level in a Manufacturing or related setting
  • Unionised experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
