HR Business Partner - (Co. Westmeath & Co. Antrim)

VANRATH are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join an all-Ireland manufacturing business, for a fixed term contract of 14 months (maternity cover).

This is a multisite role and will support sites across Counties Westmeath and Antrim, therefore, its essential that the successful candidate will have strong NI & ROI legislation exp.

The Role

  • Contribute to the development, implementation and review of Human Resources policies, systems and procedures in line with legislative changes and best practice
  • Work in partnership with the HR team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement in line with business needs
  • Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
  • Advise and support line managers on Employee Relations issues to include disciplinary and absence management as requested by the HRBP
  • Support managers in the performance management process and provide guidance in line with policies and procedures.
  • Full spec available upon request

The Person

  • CIPD Qualified
  • 3 - 5 year's HR Generalist experience with strong ROI & NI legislation exp.
  • Experience of working in Manufacturing industry would be advantageous
