Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Craigavon

VANRATH is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an HRBP. This role will lead HR operations across multiple regions, providing strategic support to managers and employees. The successful candidate will influence HR policy, drive best practice, and collaborate across teams, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, inclusive environment.

About You / Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline, or Level 5 HR qualification
  • Minimum of four years' HR generalist experience, including advising managers on complex employee relations in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong, current knowledge of UK, NI, and ROI employment legislation
  • Proven experience in:
    • Managing grievance, disciplinary, and capability processes
    • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Leading HR projects aligned with business objectives
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities
  • High attention to detail and customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR databases

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive HR advice on policies, employment law, and best practice across regions
  • Support managers with complex employee relations cases, ensuring consistent policy application
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee HR data, reporting, and metrics to support decision-making and improvement
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR systems and documentation
  • Collaborate with L&D to deliver HR-related training for managers and employees
  • Manage high-volume HR queries efficiently through online systems
  • Lead HR projects, including organisational change, process improvements, and compliance initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance HR service delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and agencies
  • Manage visa and immigration processes for international staff
  • Ensure compliance with equality monitoring and reporting requirements
  • Travel occasionally across the UK and Ireland as needed
