Role Overview
Title: HR People Partner
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Salary: £30-40k (discussed on enquiry)
Contract: 9-month FTC
VANRATH are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join our client's Human Resources team on a 9-month contract.
In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive and professional HR advice and support to stakeholders within our Operational Divisions. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective people solutions that drive organisational performance and foster positive employee relations.
You will be responsible for:
- Assist HR projects to meet corporate objectives.
- Support HRBPs in managing absence cases and liaising with Occupational Health.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external agencies.
- Develop innovative HR solutions for effective resource management.
- Promote performance management through coaching and process application.
- Provide expert advice on employment laws, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in recruitment and selection.
- Prepare management reports and improve HR KPIs with HRBPs.
- Support managers in investigations of bullying, harassment, disciplinaries and grievance cases.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role advising on handling employee relations within a unionised environment.
- CIPD qualification.
- Experience in managing and delivering HR projects.
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR policies.
- Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in Manufacturing/Operations.
- Familiarity with organisational change and cultural development.
