HR Business Partner
VANRATH is pleased to be partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Ballymena, as they seek to appoint a HR Business Partner to their expanding team.
This is an exciting time to join the company, under the guidance of a newly appointed HR Director, building out the HR function to support a rapidly expanding employee base of 1200+.
What you will be doing.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing customer focused advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
You will work closely with the HR Manager on, recruitment, performance management, employee relations issues and employee engagement.
You will build solid business partnerships across the organisation ensuring that we provide a value-added service

- Third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent)
- At least 3 year's experience working in a dedicated generalist HR role at HR Officer level or above.
- At least 5 year's experience working in a dedicated generalist HR role of which 3 year's must be at HR Officer level or above.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
