What you'll do:
- Culture & Values - Create and design value-led programs, measuring employee happiness/engagement through surveys and action plans to remedy any issues.
- Performance Management - Creating and managing all APR's, performance improvement process & handling all ER cases, ensuring the process is fair and consistent.
- Resource Planning - Succession planning for every role, development plans for all top performers & presenting key data analytics and metrics on all prospective new hires.
- Talent Acquisition - Ensuring we have a full pipeline of prospective talent, creating an interview strategy for all roles within the business and onboard all new hires.
- Training & Development - Building and presenting training courses & creating long term management training programmes that brings our leaders up to world class standards.
