An exciting opportunity has opened up for a HR Business Partner to join a close-knit HR team in Newtownabbey. Our client in the Manufacturing industry requires an experienced HR Generalist with a passion for promoting positive Employee Relations to join their team.

Client
Our client is a well-established engineering & manufacturing company who have been operating over 25+ years and specialise in waste recycling and utilising natural resources.
The Ideal Person
- 3+ years generalist HR experience
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Demonstratable experience providing advice and guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Experience working in the HR function in the following industries; manufacturing, retail or hospitality (not essential but desired).
Responsibilities
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following areas:
- HR policy management
- Improving employee relations practices
- Maintaining high employee engagement
- Ensuring effective buy-in during the onboarding process
- Managing employee performance management cycle, including probations and performance improvement plans
