VANRATH is partnering with one of Northern Ireland's leading FMCG companies, as they seek to appoint a Benefits Partner to join their growing team in Craigavon, on a full-time permanent basis.


The role is ideally suited to a Benefits Specialist or alternatively, a HR Generalist that has some exposure working with Benefits and keen to move into a more specialised role.


The Benefits Partner will take a lead in researching benefit plans, negotiating with vendors, communicating with employees, and resolving any benefit-related issues to ensure the organisation remains competitive within the market.


You will also assist with developing, leading and delivering a range of other R&E responsibilities including remuneration and IR35.

Responsibilities

  • Research new employee benefit plans and vendors to ensure the offering is competitive in the market while offering value for money.
  • Act as a partner with the key stakeholders in the business
  • Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs ensuring the communications strategy is effective in engaging with Team Members
  • Administration support of the pension schemes.
  • Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner

The Person

  • 5 years of experience as a benefits partner or in a similar role
  • Third level qualification
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • The ability to liaise with managers at all levels within a business.
  • Discretion and the ability to work with sensitive information/ data while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong MS office skills, particularly in excel, word, outlook and powerpoint
