The role will focus on providing comprehensive HR support across the business, including administration, employee queries, reporting, and project assistance, ensuring efficient HR processes and accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to employees on HR-related questions and processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
- Oversee staff leave and absences, maintaining accurate records and system information
- Generate reports and statistics to help management monitor HR performance.
- Keep employee information accurate within HR systems.
- Support additional HR tasks and projects as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a HR support role essential
- Strong IT proficiency, including HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment law.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate employee records.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
