VANRATH are partnering with a public sector organisation to source a HR Coordinator to join their team at their Belfast Offices with a hybrid working option (2 days at home and 3 in the office per week).
This role will initially be on a 9 month temporary basis but there is opportunity for the role to be extended.
About you

  • 5 GCSE passes at Grade A-C, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.


AND

  • 3years' relevant experience in both of the following:
    • Administration
    • Maintaining a computerised Information System
  • A working knowledge of computerised HR Information Systems


What you'll do

  • Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service across the Unit.
  • Carry out on-the-job training with end users on Information Systems and provide delivery of training on aspects of Induction.
  • Provide effective advice and support to the organisation's Departments and Units on generalist Human Resources issues at an advisory level.
  • Liaise with the other Administrators in delivering the day-to-day service requirements within the HR & OD Unit, as required.
  • Provide advice and support to line managers on Human Resources issues;
  • Provide advice and guidance on all relevant legislation and national, regional and local conditions of service.
  • Develop, maintain and test the Unit's Information Systems, as required.
  • Provide cover for the other Coordinator and Administrators.
