HR Advisor (Resourcing)
Temporary Contract - 3 Months

The Human Resources team plays a vital role in supporting the organisation's mission by attracting, developing, and retaining a skilled and motivated workforce. About You
You will be a confident and knowledgeable HR professional with proven experience in employee resourcing. You will meet one of the following criteria:
Degree-level qualification (Level 6*) in Human Resource Management and at least 1 year's experience in an HR role with resourcing responsibilities
OR
Level 5 CIPD and at least 2 years' experience in an HR role with resourcing responsibilities
In addition, you will have:
Current professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at Associate Member (Assoc CIPD) level or above
Demonstrable experience in at least three of the following areas:
Providing professional HR advice to managers on employee resourcing matters
Delivering end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
Implementing resourcing policies and procedures effectively
Producing HR statistics and reports to support management decision-making
The Role
As HR Advisor (Resourcing), you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's recruitment and workforce planning activity. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all resourcing activity complies with the organisation's Resourcing Policy, relevant legislation, and HR best practice
Supporting the delivery of the workforce plan in a timely and effective manner
Preparing and publishing recruitment advertisements
Managing clear and timely communication with candidates and selection panels throughout the recruitment process
Issuing contracts of employment within required legal timeframes
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including HR colleagues, Finance, and IT, to ensure a joined-up service
