HR Advisor (Manufacturing)

Job Title: HR Advisor (PT 20 Hours)
Location: Dungannon
Salary: £30-35k
Duration: Part Time / Permanent

VANRATH are delighted to be working with a growing Manufacturing company in Dungannon as they seek to appoint a HR Advisor on a part time basis.

What you'll do:

• Assist in various ongoing change management initiatives and liaise with the General Manager to communicate any organisational changes to relevant practice areas.
• Act as the primary contact for the team, offering guidance and assistance to managers to promptly resolve employee issues.
• Carry out exit interviews, compile and communicate feedback, and analyse trends or suggest interventions.
• Collaborate with the Health & Safety Officer to oversee an effective and consistent induction process for new employees.
• Maintain well-organised filing systems.
• Supervise the probation review process, ensuring timely decision-making and communication of outcomes.
• Support the recruitment team in coordinating and delivering recruitment processes.

About you:

• Minimum 2 years HR generalist and business partnering experience at adviser level, preferably with some manufacturing experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Possesses project and stakeholder management skills; confident, with the ability to advise, influence and negotiate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of case management in relation to performance management, grievances and disciplinary matters, health and well-being
• Sound understanding of current employment legislation
