About You / Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience providing practical and commercially focused HR advice, including employee relations and compliance with employment legislation.
- Strong ability to review, design, and improve HR processes, implementing effective and legally compliant solutions.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and handling employee relations matters.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, values-driven workplace cultures while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR accreditation is desirable; ability to identify, evaluate, and implement cost-effective HR tools and technologies that streamline processes and support legislative compliance.
