Key Details:
- Salary: £34,000 - £36,000
- Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of people initiatives in line with organisational priorities.
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and development activities that build workforce capability.
- Assist with learning, training and skills development to support employee growth.
- Provide guidance to managers on a range of people-related matters.
- Encourage positive employee experiences through engagement and communication activities.
- Support compliance with organisational standards and external requirements.
- Help maintain accurate records and information management processes.
- Take part in projects and initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement.
Essential:
- Experience in a generalist HR role or similar people-focused position.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies and good practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach with the ability to contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
