An exciting new opportunity has just opened up for an HR Advisor to join a well known Public Relations organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is looking for an energetic, driven and pragmatic individual to join their small family-feel HR team in a fast paced, rapidly growing global company. This role affords the opportunity for Hybrid working.
The Ideal Person
Will provide expert advice to employees and managers on all aspects of HR mainly focusing on recruitment, health and well-being initiatives and other generalist HR matters. You will help coordinate a vast network of employees across the globe, while simultaneously promoting the organisation's positive culture.
The ideal applicant will:

  • Have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Have great attention to detail along with excellent organisational skills
  • Have the ability to work effectively across various levels of the organisation
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure
  • Have experience working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • Experience with standard Microsoft Office packages


Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on recruitment and selection activities for the organisation
  • Manage the applicant process, prioritising candidates and ensuring timely turnaround of responses to recruiters
  • Manage the offer process for new hires
  • Manage the pre-boarding process, ensuring the candidate remains engaged throughout
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding with various initiatives to help new team members settle into the company
  • Organise and co-ordinate in-person health and well-being events
  • Implement staff training and development processes
