Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Fermanagh
Duration: Full Time / Permanent / On site
Salary: 35k
VANRATH are partnering with industrial client located in the Fermanagh area, with the appointment of a standalone HR Advisor.
You will be responsible for operating within key HR functions, including recruitment, absence management and performance processes. Responsibilities include handling investigations, grievances, staff contracts and coordinating occupational health.
You will look after:
- Employee relations
- Employee workgroups
- Disciplinary management
- HR metrics reporting
- HR strategy implementation
- HR training delivery
- Employee induction
- Legal compliance

The Person
- HR Degree or CIPD Level 5
- At least 3 years HR experience preferably gained in a similar role within a relevant industrial environment;
- Sound knowledge of current employment legislation;
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Driver with access to transport
