You will be responsible for:
- Employee absence/sickness management
- HR policy management
- Improving employee relations practices
- Managing employee performance management cycle, including probations and performance improvement plans
- Maintaining high employee engagement
- Recruitment & selection oversight, including advertising, shortlisting, onboarding & interviews.
About You
- 2+ years generalist HR experience
- CIPD or HR degree
- Experience working in the HR function in any of the following industries; construction, engineering, FMCG OR manufacturing.
