Ongoing temporary contract
VANRATH is pleased to partner with one of Northern Ireland's best-known public sector organisations, as they seek to appoint an HR Advisor on an ongoing temporary basis.
The role will support the HR Manager to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the HR service within the organisation. Providing a modern, professional and responsive HR service to support the vision and mission of the organisation through:
- Employee Services
- Equality and Inclusion
- Earning and Development
A degree level Qualification and Associate Level Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Plus, at least two years' experience of working in a Human Resource or Learning and Development role.
A degree level qualification and be working towards achieving professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Plus at least four years' experience of working in a Human Resources or Learning and Development role.
- Experience providing professional HR advice on human resource matters to a senior level within the organisation
- A sound understanding of current employment legislation
- Ability to develop and deliver training sessions effectively
- Ability to produce reports on HR management information
Applicants must possess a full, current, UK driving licence or have access to a form of transport which enables them to fulfil the requirements of the job.
The role offers an attractive base of £16.11 per Hour (£30,995) and the opportunity to work in an exciting HR focused role.
