* Have a strong attention to detail and ability to work on your own initiative
* CIPD qualified

Responsibilities:

As HR Advisor you will be tasked mainly with the following:

* Lead Recruitment and selection Process
* Support the on-boarding process for new employees
* Support the delivery of the group learning and talent programmes
* Advise on disciplinary, grievances and absence
* Support the performance management process
* Undertake and support Group HR projects
* Support the annual budgeting process
