This role is ideal for an organised professional who enjoys handling HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing efficient support to management and staff.
What do you need?
- Proven experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Experience maintaining HR records, databases, and filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR software for reporting and record-keeping
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with employees and management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes is desirable
What you will do each day
- Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR databases
- Support payroll, absence tracking, and other HR reporting requirements
- Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications
- Liaise with management and employees to provide guidance on HR processes and policies
- Coordinate training sessions and monitor employee development programmes
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including staff surveys, performance reviews, and wellbeing programmes
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth HR operations
