What you need:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

What you will do each day:

  • Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and general HR correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Support absence monitoring, probation tracking, and HR reporting.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Respond to employee queries, escalating matters where appropriate.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
