What you need:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
What you will do each day:
- Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and general HR correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Support absence monitoring, probation tracking, and HR reporting.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Respond to employee queries, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
