Salary/Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.97
  • 19.5 hours per week with a fixed schedule - Wednesday 12.30pm to 5pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm.

About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

What you'll do

  • Manage recruitment campaigns including posting opportunities, liaising with department heads, and supporting applicants through the process
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing contracts, references, and access checks
  • Maintain personnel files and update HR databases accurately
  • Support with leave monitoring, staff training records, and general HR administration
  • Provide note-taking support during employee relations meetings
  • Help introduce and support new HR systems and procedures
