Salary/Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.97
- 19.5 hours per week with a fixed schedule - Wednesday 12.30pm to 5pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 5pm.
- 20 days annual leave pro rata plus statutory days

About you
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Comfortable working under pressure and prioritising tasks effectively
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to work
- Willingness to undertake training and personal development
What you'll do
- Manage recruitment campaigns including posting opportunities, liaising with department heads, and supporting applicants through the process
- Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing contracts, references, and access checks
- Maintain personnel files and update HR databases accurately
- Support with leave monitoring, staff training records, and general HR administration
- Provide note-taking support during employee relations meetings
- Help introduce and support new HR systems and procedures
