The Ideal Person

  • Proven work experience as an Administrator within a busy HR department
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
  • Strong communication skills


Responsibilities
As HR Administrator you will:

  • Onboard new hires (including Right to Work/ Security Checks, Offer letters, Contracts of Employment etc)
  • Organise and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents such as meeting invites, references and employment confirmation
  • Assist the HR Director in internal communication (Wellbeing/ Benefits)
  • Create regular reports and presentations for the HR Team
  • Monitor general mailboxes action accordingly
  • Note taking at meetings
  • General recruitment administration
  • Any other general HR administration duties as requested
