VANRATH is proud to be working with a Housing Association in their search for a Housing and Estates Co-Ordinator to join their expanding team.
This will be based in the Company's office in Enniskillen - Permanent Role - Monday - Friday
Salary:
£25,917.28 -£28,961.53 per annum (37 hour week) + Fantastic Benefits Package - Salary Reviews - Progression Opportunities
Overview:
This dynamic role will involve overseeing tenancy management duties, conducting checks at neighbouring schemes, and providing vital support to the Patch Assets Officer by assisting with walkabouts and reporting repairs.
- Service and support to our customers through customer engagement and creating support plans.
- Support with ASB reports and liaise with statutory agencies where required.
- Welcome new customers to their home, providing and explaining the contents of their Customer handbook.
- Enhance social interaction for the customers.
- Minimise void properties in the schemes.
- Supervise staff in their day to day work.
