Help Desk Admin - £24k - Hybrid/Boucher

Job Description

VANRATH are working with a innovative Network Infrastructure Company, assisting them with the recruitment of a skilled Help Desk Administrator. The company has invested heavily in public Electrical Vehicle charging network infrastructure throughout Northern Ireland.

This is a Permanent position - Hybrid Working role (50% of time in Boucher office, and 50% of time at Home (Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm).

Salary

£22,000 - £24,000 + Fantastic Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • The ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues to convert leads into completed installations
  • Organising, supporting, and allocating customers to other departments, as per process
  • An understanding of processes as a whole and being able to see the "why" behind each stage and how that delivers our customer proposition - therefore ensuring compliance to our internal processes
  • Clear communicator with a focus on listening and acute attention to detail sharing accurate information about our products and services
  • Demonstrate a positive proactive approach towards organisational change and work flexibly to meet the demands of a new and evolving market

The Ideal Person:

  • 2 years' working experience providing excellent customer service
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remedy problems accurately and with speed
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, multitask and work well under pressure
  • The ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues to convert leads into completed installations
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Desirable:

  • Familiarity working with SLAs
